Down Syndrome Victoria is a not-for-profit, membership-based association seeking to represent the needs and views of Victorians with Down syndrome and their families.

Voice reader survey The June 2010 edition of Voice is the second issue produced jointly between Down Syndrome Victoria and Down Syndrome NSW. We would like your feedback on what you think of it. It will help us produce future issues that are of interest and value to you if you fill out the survey and send it back to us. You will receive a copy of the survey in this edition of Voice, otherwise you can fill out the survey online, or download a hard copy to print & post.

Read Shut Out: The Experience of People with Disabilities and their Families in Australia, which is the National Disability Strategy consultation report prepared by the National People with Disabilities and Carer Council. In partnership with state and territory governments, the Australian Government is now developing a National Disability Strategy, which will be informed by the views in this report.

• Mentor an adult with Down syndrome
• Join the association as a member
• Volunteer your time
• Make a donation (donations over $2 tax deductible)
