‘Futures for Young Adults’ is a program that has been in operation for over 10 years and provides support for those with an intellectual disability to assist in the transition from secondary school to post school life.
FFYA is funded by the Department of Human Services and the program assists people with intellectual disabilities in planning what they may want to do once their schooling ends, through providing support, information and advice for those unsure as to what they would like to do and how to go about achieving their goals.

This service is provided for those who are close to completing secondary school and this program is available for 3 years, until the individual turns 21 years of age.
