Volunteer with Down Syndrome Victoria

Volunteering is a geat way to develop skills, fill in time, meet new people and make a contribution. It also looks great on a CV and makes you feel good!

Current volunteering opportunities with Down Syndrome Victoria include:

  • mentors for adults with Down syndrome
  • pre-school play helpers for MyTime peer support groups
  • child-minding during family weekends away
  • accompanying adults with Down syndrome at weekends away
  • quarterly mailings to Down Syndrome Victoria members
  • other opportunities as they arise
  • or contact us about your professional skill or talent that may be of use.
